Running Spring Farm Hunting Preserve & Inn is an
upland bird hunting club located 30 miles northwest of Springfield,
Missouri. Here you can enjoy the finest released upland bird hunting-pheasant,
chukar or quail. Our fields are planted specifically for upland
bird hunting.
We
are not an agricultural farm nor do we raise livestock. This farm
is completely dedicated to upland bird hunting and the habitat necessary
to make your hunt a memorable one. The Farm is under the guidance
of a Missouri Department of Conservation Private Lands biologist
to ensure long term productive habitat for upland birds and wildlife.
Bird fields consist of food plots, warm season grasses, briers,
plum thickets, weeds, brush piles and woodland areas. We also have
two half acre ponds.
Open
7 days per week including holidays!
Our hunt season runs from September 15 through April 1st. We offer
half and all day hunt packages. The Farm is open all year. You can
enjoy our three-stand clay target range, our clubhouse for meetings and parties.
We
also offer picnics, conference room, a bunk room and two elegant bedrooms with private decks for
overnight or weekend stays. We have a pistol-rifle-archery range,
satellite TV, and phones. We offer memberships. Memberships have their privileges.
You'll find that Running Spring Farm Hunting Preserve & Inn
is one of the finest upland bird hunting facilities in southwest
Missouri. We are conveniently located about 30 miles north of Springfield,
9 miles from Ash Grove.
